Fair Trade Cross Stitch Christmas Cards

These incredibly hand made cross stitch cards are the perfect thoughtful gift to hand over to some one for Christmas. Since 1999 Indonesian women from 3 remote villages in South Sulawesi have been producing these traditional cross stitch cards from local materials to supplement their families meagre incomes. The women are paid upfront and any profit that may eventuate from the sale of cards, funds development work in their villages. Today this self help project is blessing around 100 women to achieve a better standard of living for their families.
